CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)

·Singaporean/ PR who are well versed in local MOE syllabus
·Minimum ‘N’ level with 2-3 years experience in corporate environment
·Able to work independently and responsibly with minimum supervision
·Pleasant personality with strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
·Good command in spoken and written English
·Proficient in Word and Excel
·Passion for working with children

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be reporting to the Principal/Centre Manager/Head of Department.
Your main responsibilities shall include but not limited to:



·Assist Parents with their enquiries and payment
·Assist Students with their enquires and payment
·Prepare and assist Teachers in their scope of work
·Attend training/workshop as and when the need arises
·Assisting and relieving Accounts Department, as and when the need arises
·Assist with promotional and advertising events, as and when the need arises
·Any other duties to upkeep the premises to maintain a conducive educational environment
